We have a no returns policy only exchange.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or you receive the wrong item. Once we have received the goods we will send out the exchange.

You have 14 days to return the goods which must be returned in good condition with the original packaging.

*Brixton Body DOES NOT PROVIDE PRE-PAID RETURN LABELS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN THE GOODS.

Whenever You return Goods to Us, we ask that Goods are returned to Us by recorded delivery or courier so that You have proof of posting. We will not be responsible for Goods that are lost or damaged in the post.
